Essential oils are made from the concentrated extraction of the fragranced cells in leaves, bark, flowers and seeds of plants. These oils are all natural and packed with benefits; consider them nature’s offering to us.

Aromatherapy is a safe and holistic method to improve health and it has become the go-to treatment for many. As the essential oils are diffused through the air, they reach the brain, lungs and then the rest of the body, triggering physical reactions. Some of the main benefits are:
